HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?
Custom Clothing are produced as ordered. No items are in stock or ready to ship unless its accessories.
 
Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be produced depending on volume of orders.  When orders are placed, let us know via Email if there are delivery timelines of any kind so we can meet schedule. For example a Birthday, Holiday, or Graduation.
 
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
​Orders ship out Priority 3-5 business days through USPS or UPS with tracking included. 
 
OUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY
​Items shipped domestically (USA) can be returned within 2 days of receiving for exchange or credit ONLY. There is no exchanges for items shipped intentionally. Please Email Thejacquesinfo@gmail.com to notify of any issues with order. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. 
​We do not offer Refunds. Especially for printed Tee shirts since they are manufactured through third party companies.
 By making a purchase with The Jacques, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Refund policy. All merchandise sold by The Jacques is sold as is without any guarantee.
 Please email us before shipping back any items as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping cost are non refundable.
​All flag and flags sleeves are cut from 100% bandana flags and tee's. They are not printed nylon or stretchy material.

What about INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING prices?
​We ship internationally via USPS 7-14 business days and prices are calculated depending on location.
